WINNSBORO, S.C. (AP) — A South Carolina mom has been charged with homicide after investigators mentioned she shot and killed her 6-year-old son with a deer rifle, saying she wished to ship him to heaven, investigators mentioned.
Mary Rosborough’s brother instructed police his sister shot the boy Thanksgiving Day after going deer searching and was making an attempt to reload the gun when he tackled her, based on their report.
Jase Wise died of a gunshot to the chest. Rosborough’s brother, in the meantime, held her down till deputies arrived on the Fairfield County residence, investigators mentioned.
Rosborough, 31, stays in jail with out bond. It wasn’t identified if she had a lawyer.
