WASHINGTON (Reuters) – Multiple rockets have been fired at Kabul’s worldwide airport however have been intercepted by a missile protection system, a U.S. official instructed Reuters citing preliminary data.
The official, talking on the situation of anonymity, stated as many as 5 rockets have been fired, although it was not clear if all have been introduced down by the protection system.
The official stated preliminary studies didn’t point out any U.S. casualties, however that data might change.
