To celebrate the fifth anniversary of the launch of No Man’s Sky, Hello Games published a trailer celebratory that traces the salient moments of the game’s history and unveils the new update Frontiers.
Hello Games’ procedural space and survival simulator hit stores on August 9, 2016, initially for PS4 and PC. Those who do not have a short memory will certainly remember the disastrous launch of No Man’s Sky, with numerous buyers angry for the lack of many of the features, first of all the multiplayer co-op, promised by the developers.
Fortunately, in the following years the developers have rolled up their sleeves, solving the numerous problems that plagued the production and introducing thick news with generously sized updates, such as features multiplayer, new creatures, flyable mechs, support for VR headsets and much more.
And apparently the news did not end there. At the end of the trailer Hello Games unveiled the next big one update coming to No Man’s Sky, named Frontiers. Unfortunately, apart from the official logo, no other information has been shared regarding the update, but the promise of the developers is to reveal more details “soon”.
Changing the subject, Microsoft has announced the official date and time of the Gamescom 2021 Xbox showcase.
